She was born in Brigham City & raised on the family farm until 1958 when it was sold where they then moved to San Jose, Ca for 1 year, & back to Ogden, Ut where she finished her youth & graduated from Ben Lomond high school. She attended Weber State College. She married Jarvis P Ringstad in 1968 & with him had two children. They divorced in 1971.

She then married Bryson Eli Yearsley in 1974, spending the rest of her life with him until his passing in 1999. On their 20th anniversary, they had their marriage solemnized & sealed for time and eternity in the Portland, Oregon LDS temple. She spent 15 years working at IRS where she met her eternal love. After leaving IRS she spent 7 years at ST. Benedict hospital in the insurance & billing dept. retiring in 1992.

Halloween was her favorite holiday, although she loved to decorate for all holidays. Her favorite that we will always remember her time-staking effort in doing is the Christmas cookie decorating which she did with perfection. She loved crafts, tole painting being her favorite. Dad retired in 1988 & mom & dad started tripping up & down the west/northwest coast &fell in love with Newport, Oregon where they moved to in 1992, where they enjoyed their retirement walking on the beach hunting for agates & fulfilling their church calling working in the family history center. When she wasn’t helping others with their work, she would work on her & dad’s. In 2000, a year after dad passed she returned to Brigham City to be near family & friends. Some of her biggest support networks were her lifelong friends, Connie (Gregory )Young & Marlene (Albert) Martin of Perry, Ut.

We moved to Clearfield, Ut in 2018 where she was loved & cared for by all of us, daughter, son-in-law, grandkids & her great-grandson Nyxon whom she loved to play with every morning. Many memories have been made.
